Christopher George Latore Wallace also known as Biggie or the notorious BIG died on the 9th of March 1997. By 12:45 a.m., the streets were crowded with people leaving a party in which Biggie also attended,c acording to verified sources, Biggie had stopped at a red not too far from the  Petersen Automotive Museum.

It was at this point that  a black Chevy Impala pulled up alongside it. The Impala's driver, was an unidentified African-American man dressed in a blue suit and bow tie.

This unidentified individual drew out a 9 mm blue-steel pistol, and fired at Wallace's car. Four bullets hit Biggie. At the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, doctors performed an emergency thoracotomy, but he was pronounced dead at 1:15 a.m.

The Case of Tupac Amaru Shakur was not quite different from that of Biggie. Tupac was murdered in September 1996, a year before Biggie. At about 11:15 pm at a stop light, a white, four-door, late-model Cadillac sedan pulled up to the passenger side and one of the individuals there fired shots into Tupac's vehicle.

The location where tupac was murdered

Shakur was struck four times: once in the arm, once in the thigh, and twice in the chest with one bullet entering his right lung. Tupac was later pronounced dead at the hospital after being placed on life support and other failed medical attempts.

It is obvious to all that they were both murdered but the interesting fact was what Ice Cube had to add. For IceCube, Tupac was murders by someone who he had an incident with earlier the same day he was killed. While he thinks that Biggie's case was a bit Governmental.
